Taylor, Founder
CEO and Founder of Create and Conquer, Esthetics and Education / Browfairy LLC, Taylor Steingold - a Professional PMU Artist of 8 years and a professional Makeup Artist of 9 years.
With her social media presence, she was able to grow her brand above and beyond what she once thought possible.
Her love for making clients feel beautiful & capable is her biggest passion and drive behind the brand. With years of building her artistry, loyal clientele, and classes, she has truly mastered it all. Taylor is grateful for her amazing relationships with all of her clients and students over the years.

Tiana
2X Licensed Esthetician and certified Permanent Makeup Artist of 8 years, Tiana is truly a master of her crafts!
Her favorite part of her career is being able to work with YOU! She spends quality time with each and every one of her clients - making sure the process is informational, comfortable, and enjoyable! Tiana's goal always is to make you feel beautiful, confident, and happy. She truly enjoys the ability to build client relationships & friendships through the services she offers.

Madi
Madison Miller, but you can call her Madi, is a certified makeup artist and licensed Permanent Makeup Artist at C&C. With 5 years in the beauty industry, Madi found her purpose in life very young helping people feel beautiful & turned it into a career.
Madi has experience with Bridal, Special FX, On-Screen, and Runway Makeup at Designory's Los Angeles Campus where she received her Multimedia Makeup Certification in 2018. She graduated Browfairy's Microfeathering Master Class the same year. Since then, she offers both services at our San Diego location. During your time together no matter what service it is, Madi is always excited to help your beauty goals come true!

Paige is a certified Browfairy and a San Diego native who has always had a passion for putting her creative ideas to work. After graduation the Browfairy PMU Academy, training under Taylor, she knew this was the path she wanted to take as a perfectionist & Artist.
Paige is a detail minded artist who thrives to continually challenge herself and learn the newest - cutting edge techniques in the Permanent Makeup Industry.

Hannah
Hannah began her microblading journey in 2022, transitioning away from a five year career in the Event Planning Industry. Upon discovering the art of PMU, she knew that this was the perfect path for her and her future, combining her lifelong passion for all things beauty and her fine attention to detail.
Making her clients feel beautiful, helping them gain confidence is the most fulfilling part about the Permanent Makeup world.

Meet Ashley! Licensed Esthetician, Lash Artist, & Beauty Business Mentor at Create & Conquer Salons and Browfairy Classes.
Her mission is to make all clients and students feel like their absolute best selves.
Through her Online Mentorship Program, she has been able to help her students increase their confidence in their career path, boost their bank accounts, and become the healthy, wealthy, Baddie they always desired to be! Her goal is to help you become a fully booked artist through high touch support, authentic connection, lots of laughs, and actionable strategy while building your brand.
